What is the Loyalty Programme?
It is a program aimed at giving back to clients that use our money transfer services often by entering them into our database recording there transactions and rewarding them with a free transaction on their seventh if there sending money using the service that has accumulated the number of transaction points or a consolation gift if there receiving on their seventh transaction and choose to use their accumulated points then.

The program is available to the general public and also those with android phones can keep track of their points using the PDN application found in the Google play store on all android phones.

What Money Transfer Services are in the Promotion?
The money transfer services in the program are ZOONA, Western Union and MTN Mobile Money.

How Does It Work?

  1. A client first has to be registered by our trained staff or they can download the app and enroll on their own
  2. The client then should ensure every time they transact in a post dot net store using any of the money transfer services, their transaction should be recoded and a point dually awarded
  3. Points are awarded to clients regardless of the transaction whether sending receiving depositing or withdrawing one (1) point is awarded per transaction.
  4. After the client performs six (6) transactions which means 6 points on a given money transfer service they gain a voucher to be used on their seventh (7th)
  5. The voucher can be redeemed in any PDN store as follows:
    • Sending money – the client will not pay the transaction fee /sending charge
    • Receiving money – lf the client choses to redeem the voucher when receiving money they gain a freebie compliments of the store
